چکیده
With the development of carbon electricity, achieving a low-carbon economy has become prevailing and inevitable trend. Improving expansion generation planning is critical for emission mitigation low- economy. In this paper, two-layer approach considering uncertainty renewable energy at multiple time scales proposed. First, sequences in are generated based on Copula function probability distribution energy. Second, model trading capture technology established. Specifically, upper layer optimizes investment decision monthly scale, lower one scheduling peak shaving an hourly scale flexibility 15-minute scale. Finally, results different influence factors compared provincial power grid, which demonstrate effectiveness proposed model.

Distributed Generation Expansion Planning Considering Load Growth Uncertainty: A Novel Multi-Period Stochastic Model
Abstract – Distributed generation (DG) technology is known as an efficient solution for applying in distribution system planning (DSP) problems. Load growth uncertainty associated with distribution network is a significant source of uncertainty which highly affects optimal management of DGs. In order to handle this problem, a novel model is proposed in this paper based on DG solution, consideri...
متن کاملA Mathematical Model for Multi-Region, Multi-Source, Multi-Period Generation Expansion Planning in Renewable Energy for Country-Wide Generation-Transmission Planning
Environmental pollution and rapid depletion are among the chief concerns about fossil fuels such as oil, gas, and coal. Renewable energy sources do not suffer from such limitations and are considered the best choice to replace fossil fuels. The present study develops a mathematical model for optimal allocation of regional renewable energy to meet a country-wide demand and its other essential as...
متن کاملDynamic Planning the Expansion of Electric Energy Distribution Systems Considering Distributed Generation Resources in the Presence of Power Demand Uncertainty
In this paper, a new strategy based on a dynamic (time-based) model is proposed for expansion planning of electrical energy distribution systems, taking into account distributed generation resources and advantage of the techno-economic approach. In addition to optimal placement and capacity, the proposed model is able to determine the timing of installation / reinforcement of expansion options....
متن کاملReal -Time Pricing Design Considering Uncertainty of Renewable Energy Resources and Thermal Loads in Smart Grids
In this paper, a novel real time pricing design is presented for Demand Response (DR) programs. A Load Serving Entity (LSE) is responsible to provide energy for flexible loads, inflexible loads and thermal loads. The LSE consider operation conditions of system and uncertainty of renewable energy resources and it designs a Real Time Price (RTP) demand response. The inflexible and thermal loads c...
متن کاملGeneration and Transmission Expansion Planning for Renewable Energy Integration
In recent years the expansion planning problem has become increasingly complex. As expansion planning (sometimes called composite or integrated resource planning) is a non-linear and nonconvex optimization problem, researchers have traditionally focused on approximate models of power flows to solve the problem. The problem has also been split into generation expansion planning (GEP) and transmi...
